Total sh## option for a normal user

Total sh## option for a normal user, it's too expensive for what a normal person can use to this price. Also when you terminate your subscription, all the printer cartridge stop working after three pages of printing. Which means you have paid for printed pages, you can't print. Almost theft in my opinion.

horrible

horrible. once one cartridge is wrong and you cant find the original "hp-conected-cartridge" then their system cant read your printer and you cant get a new cartridge replacement! and finding a simple email form to send to them is impossible. totally useless "service". i have one strong recommendation: dont subscribe to this useless trash.

Don't do this

Don't do this - you'll regret wasting time on HP's incredible support - which can only be contacted during business hours. They submit color cartridges that do not work and you need to spend a lot of time convincing them that there are errors. They will stop your printouts within the payment period if you terminate the agreement whether or not you have prints for which you have paid.
